'I have used gyms and fitness centres for the past 30 years and thought I knew all that I needed to know about my own fitness regime.

When I retired over 2 years ago at the age of 65 I wished to continue running in races etc but was aware that I needed to 'up' my stamina and general fitness levels. Restrictive shoulder movement pain from my Back and Achilles Heels
